Core processing details

2) For rough grinding and large water milling, the large surface is ground first, and the small surface is ground with batches to ensure that the verticality and parallelism are within 0.05mm, and the margin is 0.6-0.8mm on both sides.
3) Milling machine processing: First, the milling machine head will eventually be within 0.0mm. At the beginning of the pressure hole, first process the screws, openings, pinholes, countersunk wires, nozzles or through-nozzle holes, and taper holes. Chamfer the water hole and mill the R angle.
4) Fitter processing: tapping, typing codes.
5) CNC rough machining: leave a margin.
6) HRC48-52 outside the heating area.
7) Fine grinding; the large water mill is processed to a depth of 0.04mm than the mold frame to ensure that the accuracy and verticality are within 0.02mm.
8) CNC finishing.
9) Electrical discharge machining.
10) Wire cutting (slow wire) with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.005, generally cutting one and one trimming.
11) Save mold, ensure smoothness, and control cavity size.

Processing technology

5) The milling machine processes the inclined surface to ensure that the inclination is consistent with the compression module, leaving a margin to fly;
6) Drill water and oblique guide holes. The oblique guide post hole is 1 mm larger than the guide post and has an oblique angle. The slope of the oblique hole of the guide post should be 2 degrees smaller than the slope of the inclined surface. The oblique guide post hole can also be reprocessed together with the mold base after the mold is closed, depending on the situation of the mold.
